Comments: I have wide feet, and Merrells work for me, but the sandals seem to be cut on the same pattern as their boots. Hence, they are way too roomy!

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I was hoping for a replacement for my old Merrells, which were replaced by not-as-long-wearing and less expensive Kamiks. The Kamiks still have a superior footbed (arch support) for me, so even though their insides are worn and frayed more than I would like, I will use them again this season. I found I really need arch support for long periods of walking to prevent plantar fasciitis. So I will reluctantly return the Merrells. When descrips say "anatomic footbed" that sometimes means what I need. This time it did not.I would recommend for people who don't need arch support. [...]

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The womens size 9 was about 2 sizes too large for me. These are sized for men. They seem like nice shoes, but they were huge. This is the second time I have had this problem with STP sandals. It's a shame I had to spend the shipping costs for shoes that were incorrectly represented as being sized for women. I remain, however, a loyal STP customer.
