"Great Conversation Piece" By "Woody" from Olathe, Ks on 08/26/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Stable, Tighten for better fit Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel, Wet Weather Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: People on the street have stopped me and asked me what kind of shoe I'm wearing, and who makes it? I would be the first to say that they may not look like the most attractive shoes, but for the comfort provided, I don't care! I also own a pair of the Mion Current Sandals, and I can alternate wearing both pair on my "casual" time.

Wearing these around the house have helped my feet (and back) feel much better. I recently bought my second pair before they become unavailable.
By Tirol from Sandy, UT on 07/19/2008 Cons: Causes Hotspots or Blisters Best Uses: Casual Wear, Wet Weather Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These things are comfy to wear, but they rip holes in the top of your feet as you break them in. I might not have them adjusted correctly, but have been playing around with them and the same thing happens. Otherwise I like them. People sure look at them as they are a little crazy looking.
By JDR from Edmond, OKlahoma on 06/28/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Stain Resistant Cons: Uncomfortable, Unstable Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I tried these and sent them back. By hamdog from hollis, nh on 06/21/2008 Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: yes they are a bit unique in style. unmatched comfort. birks aren't even close. adjusting took a bit of finangling. extra rope is on top of sandal. the blue dot has nothing to do with the adjusting. see mion website for customer service for quick help if you have problems. they appear a bit big at first, but sizing is spot on after you wear them a few times. they grow on you. this is the most comfortable pair of footwear i own, or have ever owned for that matter. highly suggested!
By Shoe Freak from Decatur, GA on 06/17/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Stable, Stain Resistant Cons: Adjustment is difficult Best Uses: Casual Wear, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Conservative Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These shoes are really strange looking but very, very comfortable! I look forward to putting them on every day. Only issue is the mode of adjustment. I actually broke the shoe trying to adjust the fit following the directions implicitly. Glued 'em together and all is good.

Odd looking, yet remarkably comfortable. By Big G Mo from Avon Lake, OH on 06/12/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable Best Uses: beach, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Conservative, Dorky Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend This is the first pair of shoes that I've owned were I actually had to READ THE INSTRUCTIONS on how to fit them. After numerous adjustments they fit like a glove. Be patient and pull this and push that and it will be worth it!
They look kinda of odd, but I'm at the point in life where I really don't care what anyone else thinks of my shoes.
