Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these for my husband who never wears anything but cheap tennis shoes. He had one sore spot on top on his foot from the shoes the first couple times he wore them but has broken them in now and really, really likes the Apres. I have two pair myself and will buy more.
