By Decorating made easy from Madison, WI on 07/24/2008 Pros: Durable, Easy To Install, Functional, Versatile Best Uses: Large Windows, Living Room Describe Yourself: Bargain Hunter, Practical, Stylish Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These rods are very nice and are much better looking than the picture. Good quality wood and the rod holders and finials are heavy duty. We plan to use 2 6ft. rods on the picture windows because they can be joined in center.
Worked OK but not very solid/durable By Paul from Oregon on 06/16/2008 Pros: Easy To Install, Functional Describe Yourself: Bargain Hunter, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Installed relatively easily. A bit flimsy where it connects the two separate pieces (rods) into the one longer rod. Seems to be made of not-very-durable particle board, not solid wood.
