He said it was the best and warmest bag he's ever slept in! When you pack it up its the size of a very small pillow so it's great for space!

However the first time I washed it, the velcro tab near the hood snagged the fabric all over the bag....the surface of the bag is a mess. Looks to me like very flimsy, fragile fabric to put on the outside of camping gear. Also the seams fell apart in the wash and I'll have to sew it up before we can use it again.
Finally, one that's just the right size! He would ultimately end up out of the bag. This one is snug, and fits him just right.

The lows were in the low 20's and the bag kept him very warm. He raved about how comfortable it was but he did have some challenges getting in and out of it on his own. He is 7 and older kids would probably not have this challenge. Great bag highly recommend it for your younger child.
