Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My husband has had trouble finding a combination of pillows that will make him comfortable, so I figured the 3-in-1 design would increase the chance of finding something he liked. My only complaint is that there isn't any description of the three pieces to aid in deciding which to try. It would be nice if they told you "white trim is softest, grey is firmest" or whatever the situation really is.
