accurate with lots of functions By de from Illinois on 06/17/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, nice long ringer Describe Yourself: Bargain Hunter, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I like the analog option for up to 1 hour timing, and the infinite timing option for other things. The analog side has a long ringer not just one "ding". The digital side has periodic dings every few seconds in case you did not hear the first one.
By Judgmental Reviewer from New England on 06/13/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable Cons: Rings not loud enough Describe Yourself: Bargain Hunter, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Attractive design, heavy weight, versatile. Only problem is that the ring tones are not loud enough. Perfect if you keep the timer close to you.

By Croftonian from Crofton, MD on 06/03/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable Describe Yourself: Outdoor activities Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It is compact and versatile. I like the manual timer for when I don't want to fool with the digital timer. And...you can hear the beeps in another room.
By Dolly from Sunshine Coast, Australia on 05/20/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, Good weight to it Best Uses: Kitchen, Timing kids to do things Describe Yourself: Like the best + bargain. Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a very useful and practical timer since we moved into our new house and the oven didn't have an inbuilt one. Very good brand, excellent price. Duel analoge and digital is handy, I also use it for timing the kids, eg: in 3 minutes you have to give that whatever to you your brother.
By Dad, Dad, Daddio from Arlington, Puget Sound, Washington on 05/16/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Uber Functional, Very Heavy Duty Best Uses: Home School Day Timer Describe Yourself: Bargain Hunter, Practical, Resourceful, Thoughtful Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Our daughter needed something to help her stay on schedule. She uses it to time her learning segments, breaks, etc. using the dial timer, AND she uses the electronic alarm for waking up, special reminders and other events.
It can sit on her desk without taking up alot of space, and it is heavy enough to use as a paperweight!
By Chris from Santa Barbara, CA on 05/14/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Audible ringer, Works really well Describe Yourself: Bargain Hunter, High-End Shopper, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Last month's water bill was high because I left the water running (slowly) all night on a tree after my previous timer was broken. This timer has already proven its worth while monitoring watering time as well as being useful in the kitchen. The manual side is good for timing things that don't require perfect precision while the digital side is great for things that do!
