It also had some sort of plastic inside that made it very noisy. I couldn't even use it for the entire night, but had to go get my old pillow.

So I finally got these and I love them. They seem to conform to my head but they easily bounce back for my next slumber.

They also crackle. Although I'm sure there is down on the outside layer, it isn't adequate to cover the interior feathers.

They feel like pin feathers. They are crunchy sounding and have sticky stems. I cannot use them.

They don't hold their shape for very long after fluffing and are flat by morning. Still, for the price, they're OK. I'll want to replace them before very long with full-down pillows and use these just for decoration.

I'll use it in the guest bedroom. If you like a large, bulky pillow, this one's for you.
