No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Nothing stylish about this hat but great for gardening or walking the dog. I got the last remaining color (rose) which is not very versatile but I kept it because it's s-o-o-o easy to knock around in ...good straw hats require care, but this baby is completely crushable... stuff it in your beach bag, sit on it in your car, you can't kill this hat. Fits my big head. I'm not recommending it because of the color, but it's handy.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wear hats a lot to protect my head and face from sun. Many hats with brims end up seeming a tad dressy--I buy them to wear on the weekend and they end up sitting in the closet. This hat is different. A nice size brim and comfortable, it looks cute and fun and casual enough to look at home with my shorts and T-shirts. Also, there is an adjustment to snug up the size of the hat, which helps it stay on in a breeze and yet still be comfortable and not too tight. I liked this hat so much that I bought a second one after I tried the first one!
