Great pack for a day hunt By lazy hunter from Blue Mountains Australia on 07/25/2008 Pros: Rugged Exterior, Well Padded Describe Yourself: Recreational Hunter Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Pack fits and works well. The pack has no upper stays but that doesn't cause too many problems if it's packed right.
By red fred from southern ca on 06/13/2008 Pros: Good zipper location, Rugged Exterior Describe Yourself: Recreational Hunter Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great pack for the price. I bought it for hunting but I used it to go climbing with and it did well. The webbing and the plastic buckles feel a little cheap and I think that there should be a strap from the shoulder harness to the stays for better weight transfer. The pockets are great and it is easy to get to what you need.
By red fred from Southern CA on 05/06/2008 Pros: easy access, Rugged Exterior, Well Padded Describe Yourself: Recreational Hunter Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a nice pack, it would be great for a day pack. It has a ton of space and metal stays. The only problem is that there is no straps that transfer the weight from the pack to the stays. Has good access zippers to get at items in the bottom of the bag. Also has some good handles and could be used as a carry on.
