Great shoes at a great price By Team Old Fux from Richmond, Ca on 08/13/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Padding, Versatile Best Uses: Endurance Training, Trails, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use them for long distance trail runs, therefor I buy them 1 size larger then I normally wear. This works well on hot or wet days to avoid toenail loss.

By Kirk from Chicago on 08/06/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Good Padding, Versatile Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've only run in these shoes once. I run on the road in Asics GT 2120's, and have been running on the trails with Asics Trabucos. I wanted to try the GT 2120 trail runners because I'm so happy with the road shoes. So far, so good. I ran for 2 hours and 40 minutes on the trail right out of the box. They are more comfortable that than the Trabucos and more flexible as well as significantly lighter. They provide good support and moderate protection in the sole from rocks. I'm sure there are more technical trail running shoes for more technical trails, but for the trails that I run on, I think the 2120's will work just fine.

I wiil not buy this shoe again By Gary from Matthews, NC on 07/26/2008 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels half size too big Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This shoe is sized too small. Even after returning the smaller size for 1/2 size larger, the shoe is now somewhat "sloppy" and somewhat too large. I have run with Asics shoes over the years and have always ordered 11.5. Now with this shoe, I had to order a 12 with unsatifacatory results.
