Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Customizable padding is great. Padding shapes attach with Velcro-like backing. Needed more padding at crown, but added easily with supplied thick foam padding. A good value for a good helmet.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Better looking than most dorky bicycle helmets. Pretty comfortable, but the dark red color gets kind of hot in the sun. Go for the white helmet if it's real hot and sunny by you.
