Excellent stuff sack for any outing
By LedgeheadVerified Purchaser from Nashville, TN on 08/11/2008
Pros:
Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, Strong Material, Tight Closure, Waterproof
Best Uses:
Backpacking, Paddling
Describe Yourself:
Recreational
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
Very lightweight, flexible, and easy to use. Most waterproof stuff sacks are difficult to compact down because of trapped air but this one is easy because of the valve that allows you to expel any excess air in the bag. Have used kayaking, canoeing, backpacking in heavy rain - it is completely waterproof. It also works exceptionally well as a food bag when hanging food in bear country. I have used this bag for about 3 years now and still as good as new.

Excellent in the kayak
By Chuck the rockVerified Purchaser from Snohomish, wa on 08/04/2008
Pros:
Easy To Carry, Strong Material, Tight Closure, Waterproof
Best Uses:
Paddling, Sailing
Describe Yourself:
Recreational
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
I used this bag on a one week 50 miler with my scout troop on Ross Lake. It was easy to stuff and then compress or fill with air for tight spaces or extra bouyancy in the kayak. The material was rugged enough to get kicked around all day while paddling and tosed about on rocky, sandy shores without compromising its integrity. Excellent product I am planning on byying more in various sizes for all my paddling needs.

Stays Dry
By Outdoor GirlVerified Purchaser from Tennessee on 07/30/2008
Pros:
Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, Strong Material, Tight Closure, Waterproof
Best Uses:
Paddling
Describe Yourself:
Recreational
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
I bought this dry bag and a smaller one for a camping/kayak trip. They both worked wonderfully. I used the small one for cell phone, wallet, camera etc.. I used the larger one for extra clothes, towel and shoes in case of a bad day on the water. Everything stayed nice and dry. The air valve allows you to push all the air out of the bag so it packs smaller.

Buy a larger one than you think you need
By Mad MacVerified Purchaser from Houston, TX on 06/15/2008
Pros:
Conspicuity, Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, Purge-fill valve helpful, Strong Material, Tight Closure, Translucent, Waterproof
Cons:
Translucent
Best Uses:
Motorcycling
Describe Yourself:
Recreational
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
I bought this bag for rainproof luggage for my motorcycle trips. The bright color should help drivers to see me on the road. The purge valve makes stuffing and unpacking easy. The 15 liter model holds five sets of a t-shirt, brief and pair of socks, but not much else. Buy larger than you think you need. You can always roll it up more or compress it to a smaller size. I will probably buy another larger model and use both of them. The material is translucent. It is possible to identify items through the bag, so you may want to wrap your Victoria's Secret in a t-shirt, or maybe not.
