I wanted something warm to wear as I waited for it to heat up in my office -- also, many times when everyone else is comfortable with the temperature, I'm still cold. So, this sweater works very well for me. I am glad I read the reviews and went with a larger size than I might normally order. Because of this I got a great fit.

I have oil heat and kept the temp WAY down this past winter. This sweater kept me warm. I would have bought the brown one as well except that I have a German Shepherd and German Shepherds make wearing dark colors impossible.
Very well made, hangs beautifully.
It's like wearing a blanket.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This sweater is really warm! If you're a warm-blooded person it may be too much for you. I'm usually freezing but it's almost too warm for California. I work in an old brick building and I was taking it off and on all day depending upon the sun coming in the windows or the breeze blowing in the door.
