Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great vest for outdoor use. In my case, as a bicycle commuter I am wearing it under a gore-tex bicycling jacket on bad weather days.The comfy faux suede padding in the shoulders makes hauling a backpack while riding more comfortable.
