Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love this skirt and have received lots of compliments when wearing it, but I have worries regarding its durability. The question lies in the lack of hemming on the flounces overlaying the pleats. It looks as though these flounces are already beginning to fray having only been dry cleaned and worn once.
