Weak strap the achilles heal
By Practical Sue from Durango,Colorado on 5/24/2008
Best Uses:
Long Vacations
Describe Yourself:
Career, Comfort-Oriented, Practical
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Comments: I would love to buy this pack but won't because of the afore mentioned strap issues. I have a Walmart pack that has lasted on 4 overseas trips but finally popped a lower seam after 5 years. Now that is quality in my book. [$]

By Kip from Ohio on 3/8/2008
Pros:
Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, High Quality
Cons:
strap connectors break
Best Uses:
Family Trips, schoolbooks, Weekend Trips
Describe Yourself:
Career, Practical
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Comments: This is a beautifully designed pack with high tech comfort features, sturdy construction. Shoulder straps connect to pack with a brittle plastic apparatus that breaks easily when the filled pack is picked up by its straps.
Poorly made strap attachment
By Andrea from Lexington Park, MD on 1/18/2008
Pros:
Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Good Capacity
Cons:
Strap needs to be better
Best Uses:
school book carrier
Describe Yourself:
Practical
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Comments: They need to redesign the attachment mechanism. I'm on my second pack in 3 weeks, if it breaks this time, I'll try another brand. It's too bad, rest of the pack is well made.
