Rolling, Rolling, Rolling - Rolls great By Davy from Miami, Florida on 08/27/2008 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, High Quality Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Use to & from work carrying heavy personal and work related items. Pins in my telescoping handle failed due to the heavy loads inposed on them after a period of about 3 months. High Sierra replaced the item at no charge. (Great lifetime warranty, Great company to communicate with.) However, It would be helpful if it was a true 22" high as described. Still-in-all it is a pleasure for me to have and use on a daily basis.

This backpack is a powerhorse By G'ma Linda from Indianapolis, IN on 07/31/2008 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Expandable, Good Capacity, High Quality, Sturdy straps Best Uses: Long Vacations, Weekend Trips Describe Yourself: Comfort-Oriented, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I needed luggage for a 3-week trip through Europe that wouldn't drag me down, but that could hold enough to see me through. This bag was Perfect! I was rough on the zippers and they never let me down. Having side straps added stability to my overpacking. I used the zip-off backpack for hiking and found it had room to spare. I love this bag. Wheels look as good as new even after 3 weeks of cobblestones and being pulled up many steps.
Great product--separate ship: the pits By Wendy, the professor / yoga student from Vancouver, WA on 07/31/2008 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Good Capacity, High Quality Best Uses: Carry it Everyday Describe Yourself: Card-carrying long-hair, Career, Comfort-Oriented, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It's a great roller-carry-bag. Extremely versatile with its day pack attached. Since I've switched to a roller-bag from a backpack for heavy books, papers, files to get to work, AND I'm now taking the bus (not driving), this is the ticket. With lighter materials some days, the day/backpack options are important to me. I'd hoped to take this on a trip, and it arrived one day late because it's a separate ship item--but--I've got it now.
By marie from PA on 06/18/2008 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, High Quality Best Uses: Family Trips, Weekend Trips Describe Yourself: Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The rolling feature is nice, but the backpack straps are also useful. Nice that they stowe away easily but are still substantial enough to actually use. Love that the small backpack comes off.
By Terry from Moline, Illinois on 05/24/2008 Best Uses: Business Trips, Long Vacations Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: When this backpack arrived in the mail I was excited. It looked nice and seamed to be good quality. I wanted it for a carry on bag to put my laptop in while flying. The first time I go to the airport, I pull it out of the trunk of the car and try to extend the handle. No Luck. Instead of pulling it along the concourses, I had to lug this heavy this over my shoulder. A pain in the ---! I need a replacement handle or a brand new bag.
By hauling junk. from Santa Cruz, Ca on 05/21/2008 Cons: Hard to gain acess, Tears Easily, Weak Seams, Zippers Break Describe Yourself: Practical Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Straps came undone by first plane ride of a 3 week trip, Zipper pull to attach pack to case another few days later.. husbands pack tore in multiple places lost his zipper pull also.
By Mom back to shool from Northwest Indiana on 05/16/2008 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, High Quality Cons: Zippers hard to get at Describe Yourself: Career, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use this bag for school. My arm and shoulder were hurting from carrying my other bag and I needed one on wheels. It fits all my books nicely (I usually carry about 4 books, 2 3 ringed binders, 2 note pads, a couple of folders) as well as my lunch, pencils, etc... The main zipper is under a seam, hard to get at easily, but NOT a deal breaker. It rolls nicely, the handle goes up and down nicely. So far, so good!
