Comments:
I live and backpack in interior Alaska from May to September. This bag is exactly what I wanted.
Less than 2 pounds, warmth when wet (unlike down), compresses to small pack. I always have polarfleece pants and jacket to sleep in addition to the bag during May and September in Alaska.

45 degrees? Try 40 & gale force winds!
By RookieVerified Purchaser from Sacramento CA on 5/9/2008
Pros:
Great Zipper System, Lightweight, Stows Easily, Warm
Cons:
Material too slick
Best Uses:
3 Season Camping, Backpacking
Describe Yourself:
Casual/ Recreational
What Is Your Gear Style:
Comfort Driven
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The only problem with this product is the material is slick enough that I slid to the bottom of the bag. We were on a slight incline and both of us slid down hill. We didn't have a flat space to set up.

This product is good but not the product for me. I am slightly claustrophobic and should not have picked a mummy design. Leaving the zipper open and hood off helped my upper body but my legs got stuck. This is my personal problem not the product's. I do not recommend the mummy design if you like to move your arms and legs about when sleeping.
