By Daddy! from Seattle, Wa on 08/14/2008 Pros: Durable, Lightweight Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This hood works great here in Washington! It stores flat in the carrier without taking up any room or adding weight so I always have when I need it rain or shine!
Great Addition to TC pack By psugirlinpa from State College, PA on 06/17/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Lightweight Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend We bought a Kelty TC carrier and took my 8 Month old daughter out in it. She liked it until we got in to the sun.
With this sun shield she actually took a nap in the pack. She was happy for a 4 mile hike.
What a great addition!
Just one bad thing the snaps are really hard to get on. We have only used it once, so I assume it will get easier. Learn from my mistake snap them in a few times before you put your child in the carrier.
