They run 1/2 size short, but once I got the right size, they are heaven. The eyelet lacing system is cumbersome, especially for folks how are in and out of boots several times/day.

Fantastic fit. Not too heavy and great for snow and rain. This boot required no break-in period. Comfortable right out of the box. Too bad Earth has discontinued the Explorer. I emailed them and told them that is a mistake.
