No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Well-built and sturdy, but weighs a ton and pockets aren't intuitive and don't provide the "right" access. There's no good outside pocket for your ticket stub and ID (which I'm always stashing just at the last moment before going through security) and it's just not built for the "stuff" that at least I always seem to have-- the ipod, the quick makeup bag, snacks. It's capacious inside for files and laptop, but no good "other stuff" area. And I do need a bag that I can at least pick up and tote for short distances-- down the escalator, e.g. This bag weighs so much that, combined with my laptop and files, it's too heavy even for that.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a very well made carrier, and the price is more than fare. It has everything you would want and need to tote all you daily business requirements. With a laptop, a briefcase is heavier to haul around, and this makes it a breeze. It fits perfectly on aircrafts in the overhead bin and has easy access to all compartments.
