The feel of it takes a little getting used to, but I can wear it over my shoulder or bandolier-style. (Usually I have trouble with straps slipping off my shoulder, but this has rubberized side of strap which makes it stay on my shoulder.) I love all the compartments (even water bottle), and my chiropractor will love it too!

I really like it. It has lots of great pockets and I carry it everywhere. The only thing I don't like is that the nylon version doesn't hold its shape. If there's not a lot of things in the bag, it sort of collapses on itself when you try to find something in the small pockets inside. But it's great otherwise.

It holds a LOT. It's comfortable to wear and bigger than expected. I had read previous reviews for these bags and someone had said that the small size was in fact pretty big, so taking that advice I chose the extra small. There's room for everything I use every day and more. I'll probably get another bag in a different colour for winter.
