Loved them. Hated the new version. Uncomfortable, made my legs ache. Gave them away.

By Canyon Girl from Snowflake, AZ on 03/11/2008 Pros: Breathable, Good Traction, Lightweight Best Uses: Running errands Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Comments: These are very basic lightweight shoes with little to no arch support and low level comfort. They are not cushioned enough for actual aerobic cross training but if you are just walking from weight machine to weight machine they might be okay. I would not wear these for any kind of impact training.
