Comments: I run on grass, mud, and pavement with these. I am flat-footed and tend to over-pronate. I've been running with Vasque trail running shoes for the last 4 years. They always fit well and have great support and traction. These are no exception. Since they were half off, I bought two pairs. I love them. These shoes in particular are very breathable and have a wider and slightly taller tongue, which is a nice feature.

Cons:
Not for an overpronator

Comments: Great support on the outside of the foot and good traction on trails, breathable and lightweight, definitely does not supply much arch support. Overpronators should buy another shoe or supply your own insoles.

Comments: I thought about using these with a liner in the front 1/2 the shoe but it didn't fit right. I understand that some runners like having the extra room in the toes to dry off a bit when splashing through the streams but the shoe didn't feel stable enough for me. The rest of it is fabulous.

Comments: I actually use these for work, since I am on my feet all night and have plantar fasciitis. These are perfectly comfortable, they stretch enough that I don't feel the need to take them off mid-shift. I'll get another pair for trail running.

Comments: I have had a lot of pain in my heels this last 6 months. I began working out at the Y and got these shoes for walking on the indoor track. They are light and breathable but still offer the support I need. I would buy these again.

Comments: These are by far the best trail running shoes I have ever had. I have used the for running on all terrain and for hiking. I think they do the job best because they were made by a hiking boot company. I have been disappointed with all the trail runners I have had in the past that were made by big companies that make perfectly good "regular" running shoes.
