As I walk outdoors a lot, I knew these would fit well and waterproof boots make winter easy. These fit like my other Dunham boots and will be wonderful for cold weather and slippery ground. They were also a great price for wonderful boots.

A very sturdy boot for the serious hiker By timid trekker from Jacksonville, florida on 03/11/2008 Cons: Causes Hotspots or Blisters, Too Stiff Best Uses: This is a hiking boot, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This boot was comfortable, but a heavier than I needed. Also, the brand name was stamped across the heel in the back, right where I needed the leather to bend. I am pretty sure they would have become great boots with wear, but I under estimated their weight. They were warm, well padded & a good fit right out of the box.
