ne arrived without the plastic bottom so it is too sticky to use and it skids. I didn't notice it right away. When I unpacked it, it sat on the counter until I washed it before use and that was after I threw away all the tags and paperwork. I recommend checking things over before it's too late.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Excellent product...and great price. Use it 7 days a week and love it. Two negatives, though neither keeps me from loving it- 1)No handle-though ergonomic design so that's not a huge biggie. 2) In my vehicle, my cups sit down into the cup holder with no "gripping support". If I take a curve too quickly, it's been known to fall out of the holder. (My other coffee cups don't seem to do this-maybe the top-heaviness of this one) The upside? Hasn't spilled out on these falls. Good product.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Keeps drinks hot, like the fact it is stainless interior but not well made. The lid leaks and the stainless ring around the top came off after less than a month. There are better products out there, buy one of them.
