Anti-fog coating cracked and peeled out By G.B. from Kent Island, MD on 08/12/2008 Pros: Adequate Tint, Comfortable, Good Polarization Describe Yourself: Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Within a week of wear, the interior layer of the lens began to bubble and peel away. I believe this layer is the anti-fog layer that is described in the owners manual.

Good glasses, great value By Mark from Nebraska on 07/24/2008 Pros: Adequate Tint, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Good Protection, Lightweight, Scratch Resistant Best Uses: At The Beach, Athletics, Casual Wear, Driving, Travel Describe Yourself: Classic, Comfort-Oriented, Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Didn't realize that the inner surface of the rims have a thin foam-like liner, which is comfortable and prevents slipping, but is a little different than other glasses Ive worn.
Great product, great price By Mustafa the blade from Cameron Park, CA on 06/23/2008 Pros: Adequate Tint, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Good Protection, Lightweight Best Uses: At The Beach, Athletics, Casual Wear, Driving, Motorcycling, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort-Oriented, Practical, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is my second pair of these glasses. My first pair I bought a few weeks ago before I left for a 4000 motorcycle trip. During the trip I lost them, and was forced to use a cheaper back up pair. There was a noticeable difference in these over the other, both in comfort, style and function. When I got back home I immediately ordered another pair. The eye-cups are thin, not like most other motorcycle type goggle, including other Panoptx styles. This is a plus for me, as they seem to hold just the right amount of moisture in from keeping my eyes from drying up (through dust and wind), but also don't fog the lenses. The frames fit my smaller than average head well, and I'm partial to seeing the world through rose colored lenses, which these have as well as being polarized, which is a plus. I can't think of any cons, maybe the fabric on the eye-cups will wear out over time, but I usually lose sunglasses long before this becomes a problem (as noted above).
By John from Salt Lake City UT on 05/14/2008 Pros: Adequate Tint, Attractive Design, Comfortable Best Uses: At The Beach, Athletics, Casual Wear, Driving Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I like everything about these glasses except that I've had them only about 6 months (and didn't wear them that much for most of that time) and already some sort of layer is peeling off the inside of both lenses. This makes them unusable. My previous pair of sunglasses lasted about 5 years.
Fine glasses. Very comfortable fit. By kreb from Houston, TX on 09/12/2007 Pros: Adequate Tint, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Good Protection, Lightweight Best Uses: Athletics, Driving Describe Yourself: Athletic Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Actually, I had purchased these to replace another pair of Panoptx, that had the foam eye cups. I didn't look at the picture closely enough to realize these didn't have them. However, they are very comfortable and do a good job on my bicycle. I bought the other ones with the foam eyecups [...]to replace my old Panoptx Chubascos (cyclists...these are great because they keep the sweat out of the eyes). [...] However, I'm very fond of these as well.
