Comments: This is an all-around workboot suited to cold, wet weather/conditions. It is very comfortable with thinner socks and once your foot "settles-in" as it runs very narrow in the forefoot. Warm, but breathes well.
Excellent design and construction

Comments: I have to be outside in *all* kinds of weather. More often than not in very muddy conditions. These boots have kept my feet completely dry and warm and don't cause any sweat like rubber boots would. The day I got them, they were very comfortable. The break-in for the 'foot' part of the boot was literally unnecessary. The top of the shaft though will take about a week to get used to...it seems slightly narrower than most wellingtons and may chafe somewhat until broken in. Very comfortable to walk and stand in though. The soles I'll watch because they aren't as soft as crepe soles, but are still smewhat soft. Hopefully they won't wear as quickly as crepe soles do.

Comments: THESE BOOTS ARE GREAT IN MIDWEST WINTER WEATHER WHERE SNOW AND ICE,COUPLED WITH RAIN, MAKE THEM APPROPIATE WITH GORETEX AND THINSULATE.THEY ARE ALSO "STYLISH" ENOUGH TO BE OK FOR CASUAL OFFICE ATTIRE DUE TO THE FULL GRAIN LEATHER AND THE TOE DESIGN.(AS COMPARED TO THE "PLAIN"TOE DESIGN OF MANY OTHER BOOTS). THEY ARE JUST SOMEWHAT STIFFER THAN IDEAL BUT NOT A MAJOR DRAWBACK,
