Comments: Between snow throwing, sledding with the kids, and walking to work, these boots are fantastic. They are warm, dry, and secure on ice. They slip-on easily so I'm not messing with laces. These are a great boot and the price is terrific.

Cons:
Difficult Entry & Exit, Impossible to get on
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
These are nice looking boots with quality construction that I suppose are as advertised (waterproof, warm). I ordered 3 pairs for various members of my family and not one of them was able to get their foot into the boot due to the stiffness of new leather and the thickness of the lining. None have particularly wide feet, it's just the narrowness of the boot opening with the liner. Sizing doesn't seem to be an issue as without the liner, each was able to pull the boot right on, but as it's intended to be a winter boot, wearing it without the liner defeats its purpose. Putting the liner on without the boot proved difficult for 2 of the 3 intended wears due to the liners gusset construction. Putting the liner on separately intending to slip the boot on at that point was impossible for all.
I've read other online reviews for these boots and they were glowing - that's why I ordered them, and it's unfortunate that these didn't work for us. My only recommendation is that one would need and incredibly agile foot to be able to bend it appropriately to get the boots on or be incredibly patient until the liner settles with wear and flattens out a bit.
