So close, yet so far away... I had to cut those parts off both shoes, and that made a world of difference. However, this makes the shoes slip from time to time. Also, the sizing options were lousy, as I'm a 10, and I went with the size L(9-10) option. My left foot is a little wider than my right, so the shoes hurt my left foot after a while. However, if the shoes didn't dig into my ankle before, and if they were the actual size I needed, they'd be nearly perfect. Very light weight, subtle but stylish look, and it's great to have shoes that snap together and fit in their own travel bag. They're a great option going to and from work. Oh, and my right foot is quite comfy in the shoe. :)

The slight heel slippage felt as if the shoe was slipping off your foot, but it is not, really. Besides that, these are really casual and sporty looking, too!

Washable and so comfortable, I get many coments on either pair I have. I will order more before the sizes and colors are gone.

Will use for travel because they pack light. No real arch support so I can not wear them for long periods of time. However, they look cute and comfortable enough for me to wear for just hanging out with friends.

They are comfortable! The heel feels like it's going to slip because it is low but doesn't really. They are also nice and lightweight. They will probably come on every trip with me to wear around the hotel, the campsite, etc. after a day out and about. I believe there is a warning to buy a half size up--do so and the size should be correct.

As a result, they feel a little loose in the heel, but not too bad. I like these for kicking around, using as slippers or for running out to the store. I currently live in Beijing and they're the perfect slip-on for lounging, they don't irritate my bunion and I'll probably take them traveling with me as well.

I've received quite a few compliments on them. They are great to sit around in or to run errands in, etc. Going hiking is a different story. Because there are no straps or laces to hold your feet in place you will find your foot slipping/shifting in the shoe when going over rocky or unstable terrain- never a fun thing on a hike. This one is better left to street wear. ;)
