Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought the 9.5 because they were out of the 9. They were really big and were painful at the ankle. Also, they were pretty chunky; not what I expected. Had to return them.

I work as a meter reader;so I depend on my footwear for comfort,warmth and construction to get me thru my 8 hour in all elements of winter

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These boots are very warm, completely insulated. I ordered my regular size (which is 7.5) and it fit fine. The only thing I had a problem with, and it seems to have subsided with some breaking in--was that the ankle area was really annoying "something" on my ankle. The boots are constructed well and there is NOTHING that sticks out on the inside of the boot! Maybe because the boots fit like a "ski boot" and they are stiff. With some wear, the boots get more flexible. I did not return them because they are so waterproof and warm I wanted to give them more time!

Comments: These seem to be very stiff construction, maybe for good support, but I could barely get one onto my foot, and the other not at all! I am a fairly consistent size 7 1/2 - 8, and I ordered the 8. I am returning for a size 9, to see if that will help. Otherwise, they are very attractive and seem well made.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The top is too high or too low depending on what you like. They dug into the my ankles the first day I wore them and left bruises. It took a couple of days to break them in but after that it wasn't that bad. At least they are super warm.
