By Marietje from Worthington, OH on 01/21/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Cute, Durable, Stable Best Uses: Barbecues, Beach, Travel Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love that these are 2 strap sandals that look feminine as well. I like the stability of the 2 strap design. I have plantar fasciitis and birkenstocks give my feet much comfort. My feet are also large; these Granadas and a pedicure make my feet look girly! You can't ask for much more than that.
By G-9 from Aiea, Hawaii on 01/02/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Cute, Durable, Stable Cons: Stiff and hard at first Describe Yourself: Casual, Comforable, Conservative, Sporty, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: You can't go wrong with Birkenstocks. However, as with all new Birkenstocks, you need to break it in and let it mold to your foot in the beginning. Otherwise, it is comfortable, practical, stylish, and well-constructed.

Not great for hiking, but for everyday wear, in the winter with socks, they can't be beat.

By GH from Western Massachusetts on 10/15/2007 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Cute, Stable Cons: Narrow strips break, Weak Construction, Wear Out Quickly Best Uses: Barbecues, Casual but dressy, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are more 'dressy' than your typical Birki, but it comes at a price. Because the straps have the lovely cut-outs, for style, they will not last as long as a typical Birki, and if you wear them a lot, they will eventually break through. Save these for the dressier occasions, and you'll be fine. They are very attractive, but weaker than I'd like, and a cobbler can't repair this kind of problem (I tried to find one who could with no luck).
