I couldn't get more than 6 steps before my feet slid out of them. I thought about trying to loosen the elastic, bc I really wanted to keep them, but after trying 8x to wear them, they had to go back. Maybe they would work better for someone with bony feet??

However the bands are so tight my feet turn blue if I just leave them on. Seem a wee bit short (Medium - I wear a 7) so feels like heels are going to go over the edge, If you have flat narrow feet and at the beginning of the size range should be perfect.
