It isn't too big or too heavy, and it's very handsome. I bought it as an everyday watch but it's so nice looking that I'm afraid to wear it for everyday activities! It keeps very accurate time -- mine loses about 1 second per day.
The only con is that the mechanism isn't perfectly aligned -- for example, the second hand doesn't always tick directly on the numbers; when you set to 12 o'clock the two hands aren't perfectly aligned. But this is not bad enough to interfere with telling what time it is.
Unisex Watch- Small Watchband By Average Joe from Minneapolis, MN on 07/05/2008 Pros: Chrome case - blue dial, Stylish Cons: not water proof, Small watchband Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend I am a medium sized male. The watchband was tight on the last available hole. I replaced the band with a chrome stretch band. It now fits and looks good.
Care has to be taken when washing ones hands- it shouldn't be worn in the shower.
