I'm a size 8 and the medium fit perfectly. Would want more padding to give it 5 starts (but then they'd cost more).

And as others have suggested, the padding is darn near obscene. Should be ok for riding, but I won't be going in anywhere with them on. These are going back for sizing.

I have three pairs. They are so comfortable. The padding is the best I have ever tried. The only problem is that the padding is a bit bulgy in the front, so it does look a bit weird, and almost masculine. But, that visual aspect aside, I won't ride my bike without 'em.
