These gloves are not seam taped, and after a day of skiing in wet snow, I was able to wring quite a bit of water out of the liners. They are quite warm, so probably best used for cold, dry climates. Also, took a long time to dry. The wrist closure also isn't as refined as the OR gloves are (you need both hands to loosen the elastic at the wrist.)
