Comments: Works great preventing the cold air from getting under my layers at the back of my neck. Also protects most of my face from the extreme temperatures of the warehouse freezer. I additionally wear a mask to cover my nose, since this product is open in that area.

Comments: I still have trouble remembering how to spell the name of this thing, but I have no trouble taking it with me on backpacking trips. I have a lot of sinus problems, and cold air really makes things worse for my throat. I used this when sleeping on an overnighter on the OT. It feels very comfortable, easy to breath through, and no moisture accumulation. It's not heavy, so it's perfect for temps in the 40's and 50's.

Comments: Very good, with a very good fit. Only problem, and it is only a very minor quirk, is that if you wear glasses and do any activity that is the least bit strenuous, it fogs up your glasses. But that is only a minor issue, and for what it is, it serves it's purpose.

Comments: I use these balaclavas all winter long. The thin layer provides just the right amount of warmth to wear under a downhill ski helmet or when out hiking in the cold. These are indispensible items for cold weather wear. I own several over the years. I have given them as stocking stuffers for years.

Comments: Used just once on a 25 degree day of alpine skiing. Fits well under the helmet and covers the neck nicely. Warm but adjust well to helmet venting so as not to heat up.
