Comments: I purchased this product after some research. I'm an avid walker and camper. Now that I am in my 50's I have some concerns about slipping and sliding ,falling too. These shoes are so great I have total confidence in my footing all the time. In June we are going to Kentucky camping, and me and my Chameleons are Ready!!!

This shoe is true to size and width. Very comfortable, stable and has great traction. Best for walking/running/hiking on back country roads or for everyday use.
Great design and fashionable. Shoe is functional and sexy. Best worn by women serious about good foot health and excercise. My feet feel excellent after walking/running on dry/wet country road hikes.

Comments: I took these to Yosemite National Park and walked in them for up to 8 hours per day and did not have any discomfort. I would recommend wearing a sock that was not heavy as the shoe does feel true to size. There is very minor slippage in the heel but most importantly you do not need to break them in!! A major plus if you are buying last minute as I did.

Comments: I use these hiking shoes for day walking in the Aussie bush. They are a good depth for orthotic inserts and are light weight specially compared to my Scarpa boots which really feel like bush walking in ski boots.
