Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I had just bought a gorgeous velvet jacket to wear to the theatre. It came from a consignment store, and it had belt loops, but no belt. It was a funky but beautiful piece, and it needed someting special to loop through the belt loops and tie in the back to hold it open. This was perfect, and it will be perfect as a belt/sash or scarf as well.
