By The bird hunter from Ridgefield, WA on 08/23/2008 Pros: Comfortable, High quality well made, Warm Cons: 2 warm for active hunting Describe Yourself: Experienced Hunter Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am returning mine as it lacks ventilation I will need as an upland hunter. Also too long for my taste for this purpose. The insulation is also too warm for my needs. This would be perfect for a casual around town jacket, but I already have some of those. Really nice quality.

By Laughingbear from Vallejo, Ca. on 03/09/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Bird Hunting, Cold Climate, Wet weather, upland game Describe Yourself: Recreational Hunter Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm six feet tall and weigh 250 lbs. I have an 18 1/2" neck, 49" chest and very broad shoulders. This coat fit me extremely well on top. There is enough room for a Santa Claus stomach but hopefully I won't utilize that. Nice touches everywhere. The form fitting wrists, large shell pockets and a game bag big enough for Canandians. The wet weather season has ended before I had a chance to test its water proof capabilities, but it feels stout enough to turn monsoons and possibly number 9 shot. For this price I can live without the liner, a wool sweater should fit underneath nicely. With the liner it would have been five stars without question.
