These shorts are a little weird... By Dana Yares from Petaluma, Ca on 11/09/2009 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly Cons: Irregular Fit, Waist to hip ratio is off Best Uses: Cold Weather, Long Rides Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: For the sales price of [$] these shorts are great. I ended up cutting the liner out because it stuck to my legs and was uncomfortable.
By Keen fiend from Columbus Ohio on 10/05/2009 Best Uses: Mountain bkie riding, Road Biking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Comfortable, cute styling with the logos. Ample pockets, although I haven't actually put anything in them. Had to guess at the size as I wear a 2-4. I bought the small (4-6) because I wear compression shorts underneath and they fit just right. The triangular insert in the back puckers a bit, but my shirt covers that up pretty well. Nice shorts for the price I paid.
Excellent comfort just where you need it By PedallingB from Australia on 09/23/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Good Padding Best Uses: Long Rides, Road Biking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm by no means a professional cyclist or an athlete but I do enjoy long bike rides and need to be comfortable and cool. These shorts fit the bill for that, and they also look good without looking like biker shorts and the padding is well hidden!
Great shorts, but order one size up. By Skinny April from Portland, OR on 08/10/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Great Fit Best Uses: Long Rides, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I usually wear a medium in most shorts and pants. I ordered the medium and the crotch was a bit short and uncomfortable when in the riding position. I sent them back and ordered the large. They are a bit big around the waste, but they have a belt and I just tightened it up. They are great shorts and have a silky liner that feels great, although does get stuck on the velcro on my knee pads. All in all, I would recommend them! Images shared by: Skinny April
Definitely good biking shorts By Always looking for comfort and style! from Pittsburgh, PA on 07/04/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly Cons: Items easily fall out, Shallow pockets Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Waist is adjustable with back straps in the front of the shorts only - this creates a bulky waist. Shorts are lined and move freely when you wear them.
By lovetobicycle from Marshfield, Wisconsin on 06/16/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable Cons: Not good for hot days, Sticks to body when wet Best Uses: Cold Weather, Exercise on cool days, Long Rides, Power walking, Road Biking, Road Racing Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I had purchased the Loeka Mountain Biking Capris and loved them so much that I also purchased these shorts. They are very comfortable EXCEPT when they get wet or the weather is hot. The fabric tends to stick to my legs which is quite uncomfortable. Great to wear on cooler bike rides or power walks.
Good looking and functional By Sudy from Arvada, CO on 05/27/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Great Fit, Nice and long Best Uses: Long Rides, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wore these shorts to mountain bike. They are long and durable and look good as well. I ordered a size larger from reading the reviews and glad that I did as they fit perfect. They have no padding so for long rides I wear a pair of bike shorts underneath if I need extra padding.
I like the looks of this product. By locorunner3 from Bettendorf, Ia on 05/19/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Good Padding, Roomy Best Uses: Cool weather, Long Rides, Road Biking Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I normally wear a size 6, a small is too small and a medium is a bit too large. I settled for a medium and will alter the waist to fit. They are very soft and comfortable otherwise. I'll wear them often.
By Jey from Spartanburg,SC on 05/03/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable Best Uses: Mountain Biking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Shorts fit true to size. I wear a size 8 and these fit fine except they pull a little in the crotch area. Didnt bother me while riding and comfy to wear and walk around in when we go biking downtown.
By Tidhouse from Tidioute, PA on 04/21/2009 Pros: Ample pockets, Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Great Fit Best Uses: Canoeing, Hiking, Recumbent biking, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these shorts for use on my recumbent bike because they are long enough to cover me while my legs are up pedaling! But I wore them the other day for canoeing and they are wonderful for that. I paddle a Placid Spitfire, in which I sit as if in a kayak. They have just the right fit and cut for this paddling position. But I'm sure they would be just as comfy for a kneeling position too. They are quite breathable, easy to care for and look good. I should buy another pair to use when I wear these out.
