The cut and sizing on this jacket are really strange. I always where a medium in performance tops, but with this jacket I'm all bunched up under the pits and the sleeves are much too short.
It might be a sweet jacket for someone, but mine didn't work on my body at all--had to send it back.
(Also, much heavier fabric than I was expecting--which isn't necessarily a bad thing, just heavier than I expected.)

Comments: I use this as a mid and outer layer in Minnesota and it appears good as an outer layer to about 15 degrees as long as your moving around, other wise a perfect mid layer for a shell. The outer texture is tough and sturdy. It blocks the wind like a wall! Great value.Would buy again! Images shared by: Toy boy

Comments: The fleece at the cuffs and colar were nice. The fit was off, the sleeves flared out at the elbow providing an over abundance of fabric.

A bomber jacket; warm and thick but not confining, styling cut as outer layer, or excellent under a roomy softshell. Size L left a 42" chest room for a polypro and a zip-t under layers, but if you want to fit additional layers size up. Not that you'd need to - quite warm. Nice details (3 outer/2 inner zip pockets, neck drawstring, inner/outer cuff, well-tailored throughout). My only complaint was, the body was cut to the hips, too short for me, and at 6'3" 190 lbs. 34" waist, I was between an L and XL. "Motorcycle" cut and style is not a lie. Does not cover the butt or groin at all. If you're tall and skinny, or want better cover, look elsewhere. Otherwise, it's bomber. Another help with fit: I have a 21" back; size L was too short, size XL was long enough, but the cut was to roomy for my waist. Size XL requires a belly for good fit. Thus, my wife (5'11" 170 lbs short waist) loves her new L jacket!
Would be great for: Cool-weather hiking, warmup, winter sports, hunting, skiing for certain body types. Great windpro fabric.
Less great for: Climbing (too short), long-waisted folks.
