Sleeve Length:
Feels too short
Bottom Line:

Comments:
Works great -- can't beat the price at STP. The fit is somewhat lacking, as I am usually a size large, but had to get the x-large for adequate sleeve length. Result is rather large in the body. I love the stuff size, though. Packs mauch tinier than the more heavy-duty raingear that this will replace. I'll be curious to see how well it wears through time.

I bought these jackets for my son & I for our backpacking trips....the best thing for us is that the jacket stuffs into its chest pocket for a smaller size to easily store in your backpack.....plus solid Marmot quality !! I may buy another for casual wear.

P
By TravelerVerified Purchaser from Foothill Ranch , CA on 06/11/2008
Pros:
Lightweight, Pit Zips, Vented Pockets, Waterproof
Cons:
Lasted 6yrs lining wore
Best Uses:
Casual Wear, Travel, Wet Weather
Describe Yourself:
Casual/ Recreational
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
Great product. We got about 6 yrs casual use out of 2 before the lining delaminated. Not a replacement for Goretex (not as tuff or breathable) but you can't beat the lite weight when traveling. I use mine every time it rains and as an outer shell when it's cool. Got caught in a thunderstorm while hiking in the alps last summer and I was very happy to have it along - stayed dry! Great value for the price.

Comments:
Unfortunately, this product has been changed - previous versions included a collar into which the hood wrapped. This one doesn't, and the hood is kind of a mess if not being used. Jacket works great, but is not as nice as it used to be.
