By ken from northampton, MA on 08/13/2008 Pros: Lightweight, Waterproof Cons: Not Enough Pockets or Features, Poor Ventilation Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Have worn this once already and like the way the water just rolls off it. Wish there were pit zips and that the two interior pockets were not located on the same side (feel a little lopsided). Cool zipper that zips slightly to one side at the top. Haven't worn it in colder weather yet but am hoping it works with layers underneath for wet/snowy conditions.
By Steph in MN from Duluth, MN on 06/19/2008 Pros: Durable, Lightweight, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Cons: Not Enough Pockets or Features Best Uses: Backcountry, everyday, fishing Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Biking, Cold Weather Living Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great jacket. It's length is perfect for biking. The only cons are that it could use a couple of more pockets and you definitely need to wear a soft shell or something similar in colder weather.
As advertised. Great for an outer layer By Sailing Mom from Lake Country, Wisconsin on 05/22/2008 Pros: Breathable, Lightweight, Lots of Pockets, Stylish, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Warm wet weather Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Warm wet weather Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use it specifically on the water. I am on the water almost every day, rain or shine as the sailing school director of our lake. On warm days, it keeps me dry with just a tee and shorts. When the wet northerlies blow, I add rain pants and a sweatshirt and stay dry all day.
