No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The quality of this jacket was true to Barbour style but the cut was odd. It was very wide in the shoulders but to narrow in the hips.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am 33-23-33 and size 8 fits perfectly. I suspect that if your bottom is bigger then your chest then this jacket might not fit so well. This is exactly why I buy Barbour products, most american clothes are designed for people with larger bottoms and they simply do not fit people who are build the way I am.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I suspect the several reviewers who have called this jacket too small and oddly cut are unfamiliar with English sizing -- not surprising, since I initially made the same mistake, and the web page doesn't explicitly tell you to add 4 to your regular size to find the correct English size (e.g., if you normally wear a 6, you need to order this in a 10). I love mine and I wear it almost daily when it's cool but not bitterly cold (between 30-50F).

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Sizing in this jacket is strange. It is very roomy across the back, but too tight elsewhere. It should be too tight as I purchased a US 6 when I thought I was buying a 10. I would swim in a ten. I like everything about this jacket and wish I could keep it.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The jacket was poorly cut through the shoulders and upper back. The shoulders were about an inch down on my arm and there was extra material under the armpits.
