I'm a 60 year old male and have been running in races (competively and socially) since 1978.I've worn the Saucony shoe for the last several years. It has been a wonderful shoe for my aging body. Very stable and comfortable.

Comments:
I bought this and another brand for my son's cross-country training in high school. Whichever works best becomes his training shoe. The other one is for daily use. This shoe is well padded, not too heavy, and as stable as advertised. It's a good choice to prevent overpronation in a normal foot.

Comments:
Good for overprotonators. Mainly purchase moderate style but currently wearing ultimate style and it's a little more supportive. Used at work/recreation constantly for 6-7 weeks before it starts to give out (I'm 220 lbs). Highly recommended for plantars injuries or to avoid them. Newer models have better cloth inside and doesn't tear/rip anymore. Totally satisfied!!
