No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The shirt is short in the body and has "long" short sleeves (i.e. the sleeves went almost to my elbows). If this had fit better, I would have kept it, instead I returned the item.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: very good workout and casual shirt. Sticker sticks to product, is very hard to remove and tends to leaves residue. Otherwise - a great product at a bargain price.
