Layer em for work and go solo on the weekends. Can't comment much on the support aspect of the built-in bra, as I have little to support. But they do hold up well over time.

I'm small-busted and maybe that's partly why it didn't seem to flatter me- it was a distraction. I returned it, because it was nothing special and I've seen better.
