Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Before I ordered, I was concerned with the vertical orientation of the bag. I wasn't sure that would work out. However, after having used the bag for a week, I really like it. It stands up straight when you set it down on the ground; normal soft-sided briefcases slump over. I also like the magnets on the flap. They hold the flap closed, but make it VERY easy to open the flap. The only downside is that you cannot carry the bag comfortably using the grab handle, because the handle is off-center of the vertical axis. You have to carry the bag using the shoulder strap; the grab handle is really just for grabbing. So you can't carry the bag like a briefcase. But hey ... it's a messenger bag, after all.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This bag is great for carrying on planes. It has good capacity, is rugged, and isn't heavy. I particularly like the magnetic clasp on the outer flap -- a nice touch. It's ballistic nylon, so it won't wear out -- and is very water resistant!
